China Mobile: capital expenditure down to US$5.3 or US$5.4 this year

China Mobile (0941) once said capital expenditure of this year will be US$5.6mln. But management team recently said the capital expenditure of this year may be US$5.3 to US$5.4, down 3.6% to 5.4% vs forecast. It is too early to estimate relevant expenditure as management team will try their best to decrease capital expenditure further.
