Shangri-La Asia to take over shareholding of two Malaysia hotels at HK$185mln

Shangri-La Asia (0069) announced that the company will take over Tanjong Aru Hotel (TAH), a Malaysia hotel, at US$16.163mln through its wholly-owned subsidiary Orange Grove.
