Euro-Asia Agricultural not know whether over-allotment option to be exercised

Yang Bin, chairman and president of Euro-Asia Agricultural (Holdings) Company (0932), said it was not decided whether the underwriter would exercise the over-allotment option of 60 mln shares, adding the company had no intention to get listed in China mainland at present.
