Theme International fails to report relevant dealings with High Fashion

Theme International Holdings (0990) released announcement, pointing out that the company failed to report the dealings with its leading shareholder High Fashion International (0608). The dealings involved in the event that Sanyue Fashionable Dress in Dongguan, whose 92% shareholding was held by Theme International Holdings, received several machining orders trusted by High Fashion International of providing the clothes-made hands and auxiliary materials and meanwhile Sanyue Fashionable Dress accepted HK$2.185 mln for the expenditure.
