Shun Cheong suggests shareholders not accept acquisition by Vlink Global

Shun Cheong (0650), which was put forward for wholly acquisition by Vlink Global Ltd.(0563), made announcement that after discussing with financial advisor, the company thinks relevant acquisition clauses are completely short of attraction. The board suggests that shareholders should not accept the acquisition proposal. Shun Cheong, which suspended trading last Thursday, resumed trading this morning. Before suspension, share price of the company was HK$0.26.
