Salomon downgrades rating of SHKP to neutral

Salomon Smith Barney issued report today to downgrade investment rating of Sun Hung Kai Properties(0016) from ˇ§leading the marketˇ¨ to ˇ§neutralˇ¨ over long term stagnation of housing market. Salomon Smith Barney also downgraded 12-month target price of the company to HK$71.
