SHKP: syndicate loan increased to HK$7.5bln, contracts to be signed on Aug 8

According to informed sources, Sun Hung Kai Properties(0016) has finished the preparation for HK$6.8bln 7-year syndicate loan which was increased to HK$7.5mln over ideal reception. Contracts will be signed on Aug 8. Banks involved in include Bank of China, Hang Seng Bank, HSBC, Industrial Commercial Bank of China and Standard & Chartered.
