Wah Tak Fung acquires 1.99% HK Satellite shareholding at HK$156 mln

Wah Tak Fung Holdings (0297) announced to acquire 1.99% shareholding of Hong Kong Satellite for US$20 mln (circa HK$156 mln), of which 1.49% shareholding was acquired from Chu Yu Lin David, chairman of Wah Tak Fung Holdings at US$15 mln (circa HK$117 mln).
