Wah Nam Group to be delisted if unable to commit resumption proposals

The Exchange announced that Wah Nam Group (0159) had entered into the third phase of delisting procedures. Wah Nam Group was given a time limit of six months to commit the resumption proposals. If the company could not commit practical resumption proposals before January 20, 2002, its listing position will be cancelled by the Exchange. Wah Nam Group was suspended on July 20 and is now in liquidation process. The resumption proposals has not been carried out since.
