Walt Disney likely to reach agreements on taking over Fox Family this weekend

Wall Street Daily cited an informed sources that Walt Disney Co will reach agreement on taking over Fox Family Worldwide Inc at the cost of US$3.3bln together with US$2bn debts. Fox Family Worldwide Inc is a News Corp and owns children program company with Saban Entertainment Inc. The informed sources said relevant discuss might breach but both parties try to reach agreements this weekend. News Corp, Walt Disney Co and Saban Entertainment Inc all declined to make any comments on it.
