Kbquest JV seeks to be listed within 3 years

Wong Wang-chan, President and CEO of KBQuest, which was 54%-owned by Asia Commercial (0104), said the JV with Shanghai Forward Group is located in Shanghai, and has begun operation since Feb of the year. Major income of the JV will be from providing software solution for clients. He hopes the JV will be spun off for listing within three years.
