KBQuest and Fuhua to jointly tap software market

Asia Commercial Holdings (0104) subsidiary KBQuest announced that it would team up with Shanghai Fudan University Fuhua Group to form a JV so as to tap software markets in mainland China, Hong Kong and US. KBQuest and Fuhua Group hold 49% and 51% shares respectively in the JV with an investment of US$6mln, which will be mainly engaged in software development, maintenance and technical support for domestic sales.
