HK Pharmaceutical acquires 51% shareholding of Guizhou pharmaceutical

Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Holdings (0182) announced to acquire 51% shareholding of a chain pharmaceutical industry in Guizhou for HK$15.254 mln, HK$3 mln of which would be paid in cash and the rest would be financed by issuing convertible notes. Both of the two sides have singed understanding memorandum and Hong Kong Pharmaceutical will resume trading today.
