Microsoft enters interest in Sendo, subsidiary of CCT Telecom

Sendo, whose 35% shareholding is owned by CCT Telecom Holdings (0138) , announced that Microsoft Corp (4338) had entered into its interest, while the price and involved shareholding remained unveiled. However, it was said in the market that Microsoft acquired 5% shareholding of Sendo for HK$93.6 mln (circa US$12 mln) this time. Sendo once said that it planned to get listed in London
