Auditor of vLink Global, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu resigns

The board of vLink Global (0563) announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu had resigned as auditor of the company with effect from July 10. Accordingly, the company will hold a special board meeting on August 3 to appoint the new auditor with tenure until the termination of the next general meeting. The company said Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu did not reveal the reason in his notice of resignation, but he did claim that it was unnecessary to inform the shareholders and creditors of the company for his resignation.
