Microsoft meets Justice Department to seek out-of-court settlement this week

The representatives from Microsoft Corp (4338) will meet the officials from the Justice Department to discuss the judicatory procedures in a hope to seek an out-of-court settlement to end the 3-year-long antitrust case. It is the first interview since the appeals court ruled that Microsoft monopolized the market but overturned the ruling that Microsoft should be spilt.
