Sen Hong Resources issues HK$5 mln convertible bonds

Sen Hong Resources Holdings (0076) announced to have received HK$5 mln subscription from Perfect Approach Investments Limited for its non-listed convertible bonds with interest rate of 3%, which were to mature at the end of July, 2003. The net proceeds of HK$4.9 mln would be used for general operation capital.
