US June houses sales drops 0.6%, still better than expectation

After the seasonal adjustment, the US houses sales in June dropped 0.6% vs that in May, but was still better than expectation. Although the sales in June declined compared with that in May, but it still rose 2.9% vs the same period of last year and the data was also better than expectation, which indicated the residential houses market was still booming in spite of the slowing down economy.
