Ananda Wing in talks on placement with no agreement reached yet

Ananda Wing On Travel(1189) announced that the company is in talks with a securities company on share placement. The relevant negotiation is at initial stage and reaches no agreement yet. On Monday the company said it had no negotiation on sale or acquisition.
