AcrossAsia Multimedia executive director Ng Lak Chuan resigns

AcrossAsia Multimedia (8061) announced that Ng Lak Chuan had resigned his positions as executive director and CFO, effective from August 1 and his positions would be taken by Ketut Budi Wijaya, the CFO of the company in Indonesia and his assistant Marshall Cooper.
