Wal-Mart to lay off 100 employees of head office

Wal-Mart, the largest US retailer of the world, announced to cut cost by laying off 100 employees and axing 300 vacancies. This is the first job cut in head office since 1995. Spokesman of the company said after periodically reviewing method to cost, the company decided to cut jobs. He also said slowdown economy is one of important reasons to cut jobs.
