Guangdong Investment major shareholder redeems convertible bonds

Guangdong Investment (0270) declared that its leading shareholder Guangdong Holding Group purchased a batch of convertible bonds of the company. The convertible bonds, if fully exercised, will lift the shareholding of Guangdong Investment from current 55.45% to 57%
