Nasdaq Chairman to resign

Nasdaq announced that Chairman Frank Zarb would resign in September. Frank Zarb, which took the post of Nasdaq Chairman in early 1997, lea the Nasdaq to go through the technology investment rush in 90s and the recent bear market and paved the way for the Nasdaq to get listed. CEO Hardwick Simmons will succeed him as the Chairman after the resignation.
