AV Concept provides loan guarantee for Reigncom, reaching 28% of the group tangi

AV Concept (0595) announced that by the end of March 2001, the company has provided Reigncom Limited, a associate company, with a loan guarantee for HK$51.36mln, which accounts for 27.8% of HK$185mln, the net value of tangible asset of the company at the end of March.
