Forefront International underwriter exercises over-allotment option

Forefront International Holdings (0885) announced that its underwriter had exercised part of the over-allotment option and demanded to place 7.5 mln new shares, accounting for 1.84% of the enlarged shares capital. The pacing price was HK$1.08 each and thus made the raised capital increase from HK$108 mln to HK$116.1 mln with net proceeds of HK$7.9 mln. Forefront International Holdings gained 1.8% to close at HK$1.14 last Friday, up 5.6% vs the issue price.
