China United cuts new share placement from 6.5 bln shares to 3.61 bln

China United Holdings (0273) announced to cease the agreement about the placement of 6.5 bln new shares and made a new placement agreement, according to which it can place shares not exceeding 3.61 bln at HK$0.01 each to raise HK$36.1 mln. The placing price of HK$0.01 is the same with the closing price before the suspension and the placed shares of 3.61 bln new shares accounted for 16.16% of the expanded stocks.
