China Everbright announces Shau Zhenkang to resign as managing director

China Everbright (0165) announced yesterday that Shau Zhenkang resigned his position as managing director on July 27 and meanwhile he was also transferred from executive director to non-executive director. On the other hand, Frankie Dominion International (0704) also announced that Shau Zhenkang had resigned his position of non-executive director of the company in the same day.
