Corasia group delays finishing day of chairman selling shares till August 11

Corasia group (0875) announced that the dealing agreement between Freemantle International Limited, which is owned by Kwok Man Yu, chairman of Corasia group, and Dragon Delta Limited was delayed finishing till August 11. Corasia group announced in the previous time that 389 mln convertible shares were involved with a total consideration of HK$77.748 mln. The batch of shares represented about 33% of the existing issued shares.
