vVision Tech delays finishing placing the shares till August 2

vVision Tech International Holdings (0922) announced that the finishing date of placing the 14 mln shares held by its leading shareholder Active Market would be further delayed till August 2, while the finishing date for Active Market to subscribe the 21.5 mln new shares was still set at August 3 or before the date.
