Prosperity International only raises HK$30mln at HK$0.25 each

Prosperity International (8139), which is about to be listed on GEM tomorrow, announced that all 120mln shares have been subscribed and the price is set at HK$0.25 each. The company planned to place 120mn new shares at the price of HK$0.25 to HK$0.45. If the price is set at HK$0.25 each, the company will raise HK$30mln.
