Global Link Cyber International: Completion of RMB80mln

Global Link Cyber International (0140) announced the completion of agreements on issuing HK$80mln convertible notes to China Union Pharmaceutical Company Limited should be delayed to September 18. At present both parties are in talks on relevant clauses. The negotiation is expected to be finalized in several weeks. Both parties will also enter into supplementary agreements at that time.
