Yu Pun Hoi fined HK$20000

Yu Pun Hoi, chairman of Sino-I.com Ltd, was prosecuted by SFC and fined HK$2000 as he did not make declaration on disposing of shares in time. He should also pay HK$15000 to SFC for investigation. On July 12 2000 and Aug 11 2000, Yu Pun Hoi disposed of 10mln and 3mln stake in Sino-I.com Ltd. But he did not make declaration to SFC in time.
