China Unicom claims not unveil A shares issue of parent company
It was reported by some sources that the management team of China Unicom (0762) unveiled to the securities circle that the application of its parent company to issue A shares had got approval from the China authority and China Unicom estimated the total raised capital of its parent company via issuing A shares would exceed RMB10 bln. However, China Unicom clarified that the management team of the company had never unveiled such things.
