Artfield Group offers warrant issue as bonus

Artfield Group Ltd.(1229) announced that it issued warrant issue as bonus to shareholders in the proportion of one-for-five at a subscription price of HK$1.23 each. The warrant issues, if fully exercised, would issue 48.56 mln shares and raise proceeds of HK$59.73 mln. The subscription price of HK$1.23 was 21% premium of the close price of yesterday. The board lot of the warrant was 10,000 shares.
