Listing position of ICG Asia to be maintained

Hutchison Whampoa (0013) and ICG Asia Limited (0715) announced together that the acquisition proposals to ICG was ended at 9:30 am today and till 4:00 pm yesterday, Hutchison Whampoa and another company, together with the co-movement people had held 71.76% shareholding of ICG Asia and would maintain its listing
