Euro-Asia Agricultural over-allotment option exercised, involving 60 mln shares

Euro-Asia Agricultural (Holdings) Company (0932) announced that its underwriter fully exercised its over-allotment option at HK$1.48 each yesterday, involving 60 mln extra shares, which represented about 3.61% of the existing shares. The proceeds of HK$86 mln would be used for general operation capital. After the dealing, the shareholding held by the leading shareholder Wise Capital will be decreased from 75% to 72.3%.
