Greater China Sci-Tech to finalize investment in Piotec in 2 days

David Kuo, Executive Director of Greater China Sci-Tech, said the company will make investment in Pionner Technology Engineering Co., Ltd (Piotec) in cash. But he declined to reveal the ratio of injection. Relevant investment will be finalized tonight or tomorrow, involving investment in businesses in Taiwan and plant in Shuzhou of Pionner Technology Engineering
