South China plans to list magazines in name of Jessica on GEM

Christina Cheung, executive director of South China (0265) said as its womenˇ¦s magazines are very popular, the company plans to merge three magazines as a one with the name of Jessica and list Jessica on GEM. She said the company hopes to submit listing application this month.
