Systek Info Tech: fully diluted earnings of last year should be 1.099 HK cent

Systek Information Technology (8103) made announcement to clarify that rate paid for annual convertible notes and adjusted premium attributable to shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2000 should be HK$124000 and HK$6.793mln respectively instead of HK$962000 and HK$7.631mln respectively. So the annual fully diluted earnings per share ended Mar 31 2000 should be 1.099 HK cents in stead of 1.235 HK cents.
