Global Tech proposes to split one share into 10 and issue 1-for-9 bonus warrants

Global Tech (0143) proposed to split one share into 10 shares with nominal value of HK$0.01 and to issue 1 bonus warrant for each 9 split shares. The price of the bonus warrants was initially set at HK$0.68 each. If the bonus warrants were fully exercised, HK$348.5 mln proceeds were expected.
