China Mobile and China Unicom should provide more choices for payment

According to Department of Information Industry, China Mobile (0941) and China Unicom (0762) should provide clients more choices for paymentsˇA including making payment 10 days later, no charging for selecting specific phone number, more clear by simple phone bill, etc. An officer of the department said
