Sino-I.com approves resolution of increasing 78.8% Beijing Shihua

At the special board meeting today, Sino-I.com (0250) approved the resolution of increasing the 78.8% shareholding of Beijing Shihua. Therefore, the shareholding of Beijing Shihua held by Sino-I.com would increase from 1.2% to 80%, while the shareholding held by CITIC Guoan would be 20%.
