China Minsheng Bank may secure approval for convertible bonds issue

Previously China Minsheng Bank said the bank planned to issue RMB2.4bln 5-year convertible bonds at annual rate of 0.8%. Apple Daily cited informed sources as saying that the plan was approved by local regulatory authorities. But the price for convertible bonds was not set yet.
