iQuorum Cyber approved to withdraw from listing with last trading day on Sept 4

iQuorum Cyber (0472) announced that shareholders are in favor of the proposal that the company be wholly-owned subsidiary of Applied (China) Limited and withdraw from listing. The last day for the trading of shares and warrants of Quorum Cybernet is September 4. The shares and warrants of the parent Applied (China) Limited will be traded on Sept 5.
