Luoyang Glass obtains RMB642 mln borrowed and guaranteed by parent company

Luoyang Glass (1108) announced that by the end of last year, its parent company Luoyang Group borrowed about RMB217.5 mln from the bank for it in order to support the company to develop the technology. Besides, Luoyang Group guaranteed about RMB127 mln and RMB297.7 mln banking loans for Luoyang Glass, totaling RMB642 mln.
