Cheung Kong and Hutchison set to Tsing Yi hotel towers

Cheung Kong (Holdings) (0001) and Hutchison Whampoa (0013) have secured approval for a joint venture to develop five blocks of residential apartments and three hotel towers in Tsing Yi. The five 40-storey apartment blocks with a club house and three 20-storey hotels were next to Container Terminal 9.
