(0283) resumes trading today from a suspension pending an announcement concerning the companyˇ¦s acquisition from the Oriental Press Group the business assets of magazines Eastweek and Oriental Sunday and 50 percent interest in Eastweek.com at a total consideration of HK$65 million.
