China National Aviation reaches management services deal with shareholder

China National Aviation Co Ltd (1110) said it has reached a 2-year management services agreement with its controlling shareholder China National Aviation Corporation (Group) for secretarial, personnel, accounting and general office administrative services to the company and its subsidiaries. The company pays HK$500,000 monthly to China National Aviation Corp for the services.
