The results of the half-yearly survey of 300 businesses came as no surprise to analysts watching the effect of the global slowdown on Hong Kong Wall Street has been falling off a cliff, and that's been reflected in the Hong Kong stock market's performance. And Hong Kong's bad performance is removing any hope for immediate recovery.
