Excel to buy 21.5 pct Camelot stake for US$2.91mln

Excel Technology International Holdings Ltd said the company will acquire a 21.5 pct stake in Camelot Information System Inc for US$2.91mln. Excel said it will pay US$2.53mln out of the total consideration in cash and the remainder will be settled by issuing new shares at HK$0.95 each, which are subject to a 12-month lock-up period.
